Purpose Statement
The mission of the Vail Association of Paranormal and Oddity Research (VAPOR) is to investigate and document reports of ghosts, hauntings, odd and paranormal activities utilizing both scientific means, such as electronically verifiable equipment, and metaphysical means by using the services of known and respected “intuitives” or “sensitives”.
We believe this approach encompasses the most balanced and credible means of being able to substantiate activity that goes beyond the usual parameters of what is considered ‘acceptable’ or ‘normal’. By utilizing this comprehensive method, we seek to qualify and quantify evidence of the survival of 'energies' after, what is referred to as the phenomena of ‘death’. We also seek to help people understand and cope with paranormal activities in their homes and businesses and where possible, provide resolution to those energies still inhabiting this plane of existence.
As our organization grows and evolves, we will exchange ideas and information with other paranormal investigation teams in order to improve our investigative techniques and become a well respected resource for those seeking information and help with their paranormal concerns.
